Trunk Show - Maureen's Judy Niemeyer Inspired Quilts

We are fortunate to have Maureen as a member of our guild. Maureen is the only Canadian certified to teach Judy Niemeyer's techniques. We were treated to a trunk show of Maureen's quilts made from Judy Niemeyer's designs at our January guild meeting.

Maureen will be teaching Judy's Desert Sky in a guild sponsored workshop to be held on April 9, 2011.

One-Day Guild Retreat

On January 15, two dozen guild members met at the Yarrow Community Hall for a One-Day Retreat. From 9 am to 9 pm there were no phones, TVs, or family to interrupt the creative quilting process for these women!
